Junior / Mid-Level Angular Developer

Hybrid | Manchester (2 days per week in-office)

Salary: £38,000 – £40,000

An early-stage, growing technology start-up is looking to hire a Junior to Mid-Level Angular Developer to support and strengthen a small but highly collaborative engineering team. This role comes at an exciting point of growth as the business scales its product offering.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team of three, working primarily alongside a senior developer, contributing to the development and support of front-end features with a strong focus on data visualisation and charting.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a start-up environment, values ownership, and wants to have a visible impact on a growing product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end features using Angular
• Build and enhance data visualisations, dashboards, and charts
• Support existing applications and contribute to ongoing improvements
• Collaborate closely within a small, agile development team

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ professional experience working with Angular
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience working with data visualisation libraries and chart-heavy applications
• Comfortable supporting and contributing within a small development team
• Proactive mindset with solid problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to virtualisation technologies (e.g. Rated Virtualisation)
• Experience working in start-up or scale-up environments
• Familiarity with additional front-end frameworks or tools
