Junior Banking & Finance Associate – London (NQ–3 PQE)

I’m working with a well-established banking and finance practice looking to add newly qualified and junior associates to its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for junior banking lawyers who want to build a strong technical foundation, while gaining exposure to a varied pipeline of transactional work across different types of finance matters.

The role

You’ll support on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including:

general lending and financing matters
acquisition and investment-related financings
assisting with drafting, negotiation and execution of finance documentation
working closely with senior associates and partners on live deals

The role offers a structured environment for development, with meaningful involvement in transactions from an early stage.

About you

Newly qualified solicitor or up to 3 years’ PQE
Experience in banking and finance gained during training or post-qualification

Trained at a City, international or strong regional firm

Keen to develop technically and progress within a finance-focused practice

Location

London or Bristol
