As Junior Business Analyst, you will receive on the job training, working alongside experienced Business Analysts.
We’ll teach you the ropes but if you’re a strong communicator, can build positive stakeholder relationships and are analytically minded we’d love to hear from you!
This is what your responsibilities include:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Process Documentation: Support the mapping and documentation of business processes to help identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Research & Insights: Conduct research on industry trends, customer behaviour, and market developments to support strategic initiatives.
- System & Project Support: Contribute to the testing and implementation of new systems or process changes, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Communication & Collaboration: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Compliance & Best Practice: Support adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Tool Usage: Use tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation software to analyse and present information effectively.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a good understanding of business and enjoys working with data to help solve problems.
- Is interested in technology and comfortable working with both technical teams and business colleagues.
- Communicates well and can build positive relationships with people at different levels of the organisation.
- Enjoys solving problems and is willing to ask questions and work with others to find the best solutions.
- Has an awareness of how businesses operate within legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Is confident working with others and can share ideas and suggestions to help move things forward.
- Is determined, organised, and focused on completing tasks, even when challenges arise.
- May have some experience supporting projects or change initiatives.
