About the Role

As a Junior Business Development Representative, you will support our sales team by researching potential customers, generating leads, and assisting in sales processes. You will work closely with our marketing and business development teams to develop outreach strategies and help grow TG0’s business in key markets. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow in a commercial role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Assist in building prospect lists and maintaining CRM data accuracy.
  • Support outreach efforts, including email campaigns and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to optimize lead generation processes.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and ensuring follow-ups are conducted effectively.


Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify potential leads and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and lead generation tools like ZoomInfo is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Interest in innovative technology and human-machine interaction is a plus.
