We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in sport who speaks Arabic fluently and is excited by the opportunity to work on a fast-growing channel and brand.
Role & Responsibilities- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong copywriting skills in both Arabic and English
- At least 1 year of experience in a video editing and/or digital content role, ideally including YouTube channel or social media management
- Confident using data and analytics to identify trends and inform strategy
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Experience with After Effects is a plus
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Create channel strategies directly with clients, tailored to their specific goals and business context
- Own the full management of YouTube channels, including upload schedules, optimisation, and claims handling
- Focused on growing digital channels — primarily YouTube, but experience with other platforms is also valuable
- Deliver regular reports to clients and internal teams, clearly communicating performance, insights, and recommendations
- Stay up to date with competitor activity and platform trends, especially in areas such as thumbnail design, titling, trending topics, and SEO
- Upload and optimise Arabic-language YouTube content, ensuring it’s aligned with platform best practices and client objectives
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and audience development
- Bring a passion for compelling content, advertising, and digital publishing
- Be proactive and solutions-oriented in your approach to challenges
What Does This Mean in Practice?- Client Management: Support the Account Manager and Channel Manager with day-to-day client needs; be responsive and detail-oriented in communications.
- Higher-Level Tasks: Take initiative on reporting, trend spotting, and contributing to strategic planning.
- Content Development: Guide the execution of content strategies and campaigns to meet audience and business objectives.
- Process Optimisation: Help identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and reporting processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and clarity.
