We are seeking a talented and innovative Junior Designer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about the intersection of performance and creativity and want to make a significant impact in the world of creative design, we want to hear from you.
The role will work closely with both our digital media team and internal marketing team to bring creativity to everything we do at ARM. You'll collaborate directly with our digital clients across social, display, and video formats - creating visually compelling content that drives measurable performance. While the focus will initially be on digital media assets, there's clear opportunity to grow into a broader suite of creative executions across the full brand experience. You will also assist our marketing team in developing the wider agency’s content in terms of pitch work, our own social media and website design.
The role will also explore the world of Generative AI to create content for our clients to bring creativity and content to the brands that we work with so that we can test and expand into new media opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Master Suite, Photoshop Illustrator and Premier Pro
- Excellent knowledge of photo editing, retouching and enhancements
- A full understanding of web formats and compression standards
- Creating best-in-class content using AI as the cornerstone of development
- Design in a range of styles from typographic to graphic design
- Brainstorm initial ideas and carry them through to concept development and visualisations, ultimately taking the expression through to a system based on strategy, principles, and final implementation
- Assist with pitches, from helping to design the creative route under the guidance of seniors to delivering high impact and quality design in the end-to-end pitch documents
- Assist with website design work and social content, including video and podcast assets
- Contribute to the strategic thinking and conceptual rationale behind creative development & ideas
- Have your finger on the pulse of current trends in the world of AI / design / art / fashion / creativity / culture and bring that information and enthusiasm for design and AI into your work
- Provide and document quality and timely feedback to other team members’ work
- Iterating your content based on feedback provided
- Using data to inform and balance existing content and form hypotheses and direction for future content.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of design and art-working for digital and print
- Competency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to generate original, creative work within brand guidelines
- Positive, enthusiastic, and team-orientated person is a must
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence to pro-actively suggest and implement ideas
- Ability to manage time and work on several projects simultaneously
- Initiative to keep all projects moving on time
