Job Description.
MOBKOI is a growth focussed mobile advertising company headquartered in London, with offices across central Europe, Middle East, US and APAC. We use the latest in mobile ad technology to help premium brands effectively reach and engage with their target audiences through bespoke, immersive, full-screen experiences. As part of the BrandTech Group we work to ensure we remain at the forefront of the mobile advertising & experience space by using traditional & innovative digital design practices.
We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join MOBKOI on a 6-month fixed term basis to provide creative production support during our busiest time of the year. You’ll work closely with our Client Success and Creative Teams to design engaging digital experiences that reflect our brand and help us stand out during this peak period.
The role offers an annual equivalent salary of £25,000-30,000 based on experience, pro-rated to £12,500-15,000 for the contract term.
For the right candidate — and depending on business opportunities in 2026 — this role could transition into a permanent full-time position.
Responsibilities.
● Learn to take creative briefs and translate them into visual outputs under the guidance of senior designers.
● Work with clients and campaign partners to design and build high quality ads across a multitude of formats. Balancing looks and performance with technical requirements.
● Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for content and design concepts. Actively contributing to a positive and energetic design environment, bringing fresh perspectives and a willingness to learn.
● Following the correct design processes and creating high quality deliverables for each project.
● Build strong relationships with other departments through regular and clear communication and a collaborative approach to work. Advise the client facing teams as well as clients themselves on design, best practices and creative direction.
● Create demos and supporting graphics for sales pitches as well as contributing to internal design projects. Be eager to pitch in and support the team on various projects, demonstrating a proactive and helpful attitude.
● Develop your ability to manage time effectively, independently and adapt to changing priorities in a supportive setting to ensure on time delivery of all projects.
Key Skills.
● 1 year equivalent experience (Education, Work Experience or Portfolio that demonstrates an interest and ability in design).
● Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour and layout principles.
● Excellent visual and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail.
● Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and After Effects/Premiere Pro.
● An understanding of digital ad formats across screen sizes and devices is an advantage.
● Good understanding of web technologies and standards.
● Familiarity with HTML, CSS or Javascript is a plus.
● High attention to detail and commitment to providing a first-class product.
● Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple design projects in a fast-paced workflow.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Business level fluency in French or Italian is an advantage.
Location: London - United Kingdom (Must have the right to work in the UK & be able to work in our London Bridge office a minimum 3 days per week)
Start Date: On or before 29th September 2025
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000p.a equivalent pro-rated for the 6-month contract (based on experience) (£12,500 - £15,000 - 6m FTC)
