Junior Estimator

As a key member of the Precast Flooring Team within Creagh, the successful candidate will focus on growing our flooring & precast order book throughout the UK & Ireland.

This position will be based at Toomebridge and will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional service to customers and staff and requires high levels of organisation and attention to detail whilst ensuring customer expectations are met.  

Responsibilities

• Preparation of estimates from drawings and bills of quantities
• Liaising with customers directly
• Winning sales/orders

Criteria

• Experience with estimating precast, steelwork or insitu concrete works would be a distinct advantage.
• The ability to read technical drawings such as Autocad and reinforcement schedules is essential
• Ability to demonstrate a commercial understanding of structural engineering and precast design
• A persistent and determined individual who is highly motivated, and target driven
• Enhanced training for the role will be provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Project
