We specialise in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of prefabricated energy solutions, typically built in NI and shipped throughout the UK & Europe. Team Overview
The Estimating department plays a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, producing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical and electrical building services projects. Drawing on technical drawings, specifications, and supplier pricing, the team assesses project requirements and risks to develop detailed, commercially viable proposals. Their work supports the business in securing new contracts by ensuring that tenders are both competitive and aligned with client expectations and company capabilities.
Role Overview: Reporting to the lead estimator you will be an essential part of the Team responsible for assisting in the review of enquiries and preparation of estimates and associated quotations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Marking up of tender drawings for review as part of our tender submissions.
- Review quote & tender enquiry packs received to ensure that relevant information is available for pricing
- Liaise with clients to request additional information/clarifications where relevant.
- Liaise with document control to ensure all relevant information is saved down and accessible.
- Liaise with line manager to review detail received and agree approach for estimating
- Review and taking off of drawings to help produce accurate tender costs.
- Assist in obtaining accurate equipment quotes and collating these into excel cost sheets for review with line manager.
- Assist in preparation of coherent quote submissions including front-end summary of assumptions made, inclusions and exclusions
- Review and upkeep of standard estimating pricelists.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Management.
What You Need To Have
- Applicants must have 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent, these must include Mathematics and English Language
- Good Microsoft Office skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to take ownership of their duties and a willingness to grow and learn within their team and the company.
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment
