Data Analysis & Insights - Conduct data collection, cleaning, and analysis to generate actionable insights. Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Data Quality & Governance - Support the implementation of data governance standards. Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across datasets.

Tool Development & Visualisation - Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards and visual tools using modern data visualisation platforms.

Project Coordination & Agile Support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage small-scale projects, define user requirements, and support Agile delivery methods.

Training & Solution Design - Assist in designing and delivering training programs, user documentation, and structured problem-solving approaches to support internal initiatives.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency - Strong skills in Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, and scripting. Experience integrating Excel with databases or other systems is a plus.

Data Tools Knowledge - Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, and an understanding of data platforms or cloud-based storage solutions.

Analytical Thinking - Ability to apply statistical techniques and data modelling principles to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Project Delivery Experience - Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience working on collaborative projects within dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams.

Effective Communication & Soft Skills - Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Demonstrates accountability, team collaboration, and a pragmatic mindset when engaging with stakeholders.
