Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team in London. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for supporting the investment team in managing global multi-asset class portfolios for HNWI, family offices and institutions. Candidates may be within the early years of their career or recent graduates.

What you will do:

Contribute to asset-raising activities as required – prepare investment reviews and investment proposals

Conduct research independently on asset allocation, geographies and sectors

Build and maintain a database of investment vehicles for multi-asset portfolios

Prepare support materials for internal meetings and write minutes

Participate in investment committee meetings by formulating clear macroeconomic views and investment theses

Respond to ad-hoc requests from clients and relationship managers

Monitor client portfolios (asset allocation, portfolio performance, investment performance, risk analysis)

Maintain and improve models used for portfolio management, monitoring and reporting purposes

What you will need:

Fluency in English is required with excellent written skills; another European language is a plus
A keen interest in financial markets; previous exposure to markets is a plus
Be a self-starter, show initiative, possess strong analytical skills and have a keen eye for detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced

, team-oriented, collaborative environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required

Proficiency with VBA and Python is a plus

Desire to drive your own self-development, including undertaking relevant certifications (IMC, CFA)

Location: Mayfair/St James
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: From £ 40,000 p.a. according to experience + year-end discretionary bonus
Benefits: 23 days holiday, Company Pension Scheme
Hours: Will vary. Standard hours are 8.30 am to 6 pm.
This is a fully on-site role

This is a permanent position, subject to a 3-month probationary period.
