Keplin Group is a fast-growing FMCG brand delivering essential products across home, lifestyle, personal care, and seasonal categories. We’re looking for a passionate & committed Junior Graphic Designer to join our UK creative team and support the development of engaging, commercial visual assets across a variety of channels - from e-commerce / market place platforms to packaging, catalogues, and marketing campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, creatively curious designer to grow their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment under the guidance of experienced team members.
· Assist in creating Amazon content (product images, A+ content, infographics, storefronts).
· Support the development of packaging artwork, labels, swing tags, and instruction manuals.
· Help design assets for email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising across TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
· Contribute to catalogue layouts and trade show materials.
· Edit and retouch product imagery as needed.
· Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
· Collaborate with the Senior Designer and Head of Creative to deliver high-quality work to deadline.
· Stay engaged with industry trends and best practices to support team-wide creative excellence.
· 2 years+ of design experience.
· A portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and/or print (e-commerce or product-based design is a plus).
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
· Good understanding of layout, typography, and image editing fundamentals.
· Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
· Strong time management and organisational skills.
· A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well within a creative team.
· A desire to implement Ai Technologies into workflow.
· Bonus: Interest in Motion graphics, video editing, 3D rendering, Figma & emerging technologies.
· Work across high-growth UK consumer brands.
