Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with mis-leaders to serve as a trusted advisor, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic input and support on projects.
• Develop, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Support the HR Business Partner to develop clear workforce plans, ensuring effective organization design.
• Collaborating with Centers of Excellence ensuring alignment with functional requirements and operational priorities.
• Support ER casework ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
• Work closely with hiring managers and leaders to enhance people management skills.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable and innovative workplace culture.

Key Skills Required:

• Experience in a similar capacity within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, engagement and high performance.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders and influence decision-making.
