As a Junior Logistics Coordinator at Speedy Freight, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality service experience by responding to customer enquiries and managing driver requirements to ensure timely deliveries. If you have strong communication skills, work effectively under pressure and thrive providing solutions then we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Manage bookings and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Update clients on deliveries, ETAs, and delays, and potential delays
- Resolve queries promptly and professionally
- Liaise with drivers to coordinate logistics
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
