Overview of the role
The Junior Marketing Executive will support the Junior Marketing Manager and the Marketing Team in the execution of the 12-month roadmap, projects and daily marketing activities. This includes national advertising, magazine publications, as well as website, agent and campaign support.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident, with the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadline. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships, contribute proactively to a fast-paced team and, most importantly, have a critical eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Publications and National Advertising
• Support the delivery of national advertising and publications
• Write and proof copy for magazines and national advertising, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand tone of voice and visual standards
• Select properties for features, source high-res imagery and write compelling editorial copy
• Liaise with agents to coordinate property inclusion in publications
• Brief content to the Design Team and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain brand consistency and uphold visual and editorial standards across all advertising and publications
Campaigns and Communications
• Support the delivery of national marketing campaigns, including testing and uploading assets
• Help promote and communicate campaigns, updates and news to the network via internal platforms
• Upload, update and manage content on the Members’ Hub and website
• Assist with internal emails to the network
• Uphold brand standards and tone of voice across all marketing communications
Marketing Support
• Proof and approve website pages and agent bios
• Support licensees in updating and uploading microsite content
• Monitor and respond to queries from agents, internal staff and suppliers via shared inboxes
• Monitor and respond to online reviews
• Monitor our closed Facebook group for any new ideas or issues
• Assist with office marketing including window cards and office stock
Event Support
• Assist with the organisation and delivery of in-person events including conferences, charity initiatives and regional meetings
• Promote events across the network through internal channels
• Support virtual events by coordinating schedules, setting up registration pages and sharing relevant resources
Skills and Competencies
• Marketing qualification or experience in a similar role
• Highly organised
• Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines, and to multitask
• Excellent grammar and proof-reading skills
• Confident communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
