Junior Operations Specialist (Technical Writer & Knowledge Management)

We are seeking a Junior Operations Specialist with a flair for clear and concise communication to join the wing of our COO. This is a unique early to mid-career opportunity (1-5 years of experience) for a self-starter who wants to wear multiple hats, gain exposure to all facets of a scaling business, and play a crucial role in our operational success.

You will be instrumental in professionalizing our internal and external documentation, helping us win new business, ensuring our knowledge systems are up-to-date and accessible, and assisting with the implementation of our platform for new clients.

As a core part of our operations team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure our internal processes are efficient and our external-facing materials are of the highest quality.

• Bid & Proposal Management: Draft, edit, and maintain high-quality proposals, bids, and tender responses, working closely with the sales and leadership teams.
• Knowledge & Operations Documentation: Create and manage clear and accurate documentation for internal systems, processes, and manuals.
• Systems & Infosec Administration: Ensure all information security and system-related documentation is current, well-organized, and easily accessible for internal and external audits.
• Contract & Legal Coordination: Assist with the preparation and review of contracts and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Implementation Support: Coordinate with new clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful platform implementation, providing a key point of contact for operational queries.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve documentation workflows and knowledge-sharing within the company.

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience in operations, technical writing, or knowledge management.
• Proven experience in leading, writing, editing, and/or contributing to proposals, tenders, or business bids.
• Demonstratable use cases of leveraging AI to enhance efficiency in processes (internal and/or external)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an obsessive attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as a motivated self-starter and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems (e.g., Confluence, Notion, SharePoint) is a plus.
• Experience in a client-facing role or project coordination is highly desirable.
• A keen interest in the FinTech or RegTech space is highly desirable.
