Junior Product Manager – Marketing Technologies

£30,000 - £35,000 + benefits

Permanent

Full-time (35 hours per week)

London, Wimbledon (hybrid and flexible working)


The role


As a Junior Product Manager, you will provide support for our marketing systems, in particular Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to ensure routine requests are responded to and resolved quickly. You will be monitoring products within the portfolio and contributing to housekeeping activity. You will also provide support to the Marketing Technologies Product Manager in improving the operation and adoption of their portfolio of products.


Key accountabilities


  • Investigate and deliver solutions for product backlog items.
  • Assist the Product Manager with regular KPI reporting on the Marketing Technologies portfolio.
  • Perform ongoing housekeeping activities for all marketing technology products at the direction of the Marketing Technologies Product Manager.
  • Assess and resolve incoming support requests and incidents. Escalate more complex to the appropriate resolving team and liaise with suppliers where required.
  • Problem management for longer-term issues with key products.
  • Maintain documentation for solutions and knowledge base articles.
  • Monitoring performance of core products and producing KPI reports monthly.
  • Keeping financial information and contracts with third party suppliers up to date in the contract management library
  • Contribute to and maintain the training programme for Marketing Cloud users.
  • Onboarding new users for any tools in the portfolio. Creating accounts, sending training material and addressing any questions or concerns a new user may have.


Knowledge and experience


  • Experience of product support (technical)
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Marketing Cloud or other email product experience
  • HTML/CCS for email strong understanding or proven experience
  • Passion for making improvements to technology within the portfolio
  • Keen to learn new technologies (including online training courses)
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail is essential along with good business awareness and organizational skills.
