Role Overview
We are seeking a
proactive and detail-oriented Graduate Property Manager to join our growing team in
Staines-upon-Thames.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to build a career in property management, working across both residential and commercial properties.
Note: Applicants must be
based locally in or around Staines-upon-Thames and have the
right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are
unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Tenant Management
- Act as a main point of contact for tenants, handling queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Support tenant communications including notices, updates, and renewals.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations across HMOs, flats, and office spaces.
Maintenance & Compliance
- Help schedule and track property maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
- Support compliance with property regulations and HMO licensing requirements.
Administration & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for property activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, lease agreements, and documentation.
- Keep compliance and safety certification records up to date.
Financial Support
- Support the processing of invoices, rent payments, and financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and management reporting tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Recent graduate — ideally in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (open to all disciplines).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Eagerness to learn property systems and compliance processes.
- Knowledge of property regulations or HMO licensing is a plus (training will be provided).
