Key Responsibilities
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of our Professional Services team, helping ensure the software we deliver is as polished and bug-free as possible.
This role is part tech detective, part quality guardian, and all about building trust through detail.
You’ll
✅ Test how our software works—and how it feels to use
🧪 Write test cases and execute scenarios based on real user needs
🔍 Spot bugs, inconsistencies, and glitches—and help squash them
💬 Work closely with developers to recreate and resolve issues
🗂️ Log defects and contribute to improving how we test
🧰 Use tools like SQL to help identify backend issues
📱 Test across different devices, browsers, and environments
🚀 Be involved in projects that make a real impact at global universities
