HFG is hiring an ambitious Associate Consultant to join our growing team in London. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to break into recruitment, gain specialist training, and build a career in one of the most dynamic industries in the world.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll work closely with experienced recruiters to learn the ropes and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with real responsibility from day one.

• Sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates
• Writing job adverts and managing applications
• Conducting candidate interviews and market research
• Supporting consultants on client delivery and account management
• Building your knowledge of the insurance market and its key functions (Actuarial, Risk, Finance, etc.)

• A recent graduate (any discipline welcome)
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Confident, proactive, and commercially aware
• Highly organised with a strong work ethic
• Motivated to build a long-term career in recruitment
