What You’ll Be Doing

• Cold calling — Proactively generating new business with European firms across tech, digital, and life sciences sectors.
• Full-cycle recruitment — Sourcing, pitching, placing candidates, and managing client relationships from start to finish.
• Learning on the job — Applying rigorous training to real-world challenges in fast-moving markets.
