A respected and growing London-based law firm is seeking a Junior Residential Property Solicitor (1+ years PQE) to join their thriving and supportive conveyancing team. The Role:

You will be involved in a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes
• New build transactions

You'll work closely with senior solicitors and partners, gaining hands-on experience while maintaining and growing your own caseload. The role offers a real opportunity for progression and long-term career development.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with at least 1 year of PQE in residential property
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
• A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage transactions from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
• A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and develop professionally
