What You’ll Be Doing:
From day one, you’ll be part of a busy, collaborative sales team, where no two days are the same. You’ll:
- Keep our CRM system accurate and up-to-date
- Upload spreadsheets, prepare quotes, and support tender submissions
- Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and care
- Assist the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Provide general administrative support across the sales process
We’re not expecting years of experience — just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications) completed or near completion
- Some experience dealing with customers — maybe in retail or hospitality
- A clear, confident phone manner and strong written communication
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- A team-first mindset and the motivation to grow your skills
