TEMPORARY Junior Sales Support Executive (Nine months maternity leave cover).

This role supports our Sales Support Team in the sales cycle. They are involved in the whole order processing cycle: from quoting/order placing to invoicing, from a transactional point of view. They will help manage order processing within agreed lead times and by taking a proactive approach to the process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all order entry activities for global operations. Activities include, but are not limited to:
o Customer order management and system input
o Obtaining Approvals for order placement, stock, price, and credit release
o Order inquiries and follow-up
o Shipment scheduling and processing
o Customer contact
o Advance payment lines

• Maintaining Customer directories
• Responsible for order date management
• Manage open order reports from the warehouse
• Ensures compliance with JSOX for the sales admin processes
• Any other tasks as required to ensure the effective operation of the role and the whole department
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
• Frequent interaction with the Commercial Manager and Operations Team to agree on stock allocation and customer orders
  
  

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• General level of good education, including Maths and English

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Computer Literacy including Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems would be an advantage
• Willingness and ability to develop and maintain relevant product & software knowledge
• Experience working in a busy office environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and numeric skills
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
