About the Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Junior Support Engineers. In this role, you will complete 8–10 weeks of instructor-led training before being placed with one of our clients, where you will gain hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line and second-line support to resolve technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Monitor and maintain network and system performance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with system updates, patches, and security measures.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and technical processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT systems and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong interest in technology and IT support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Plymouth.
Eligibility Requirements
- Full-time availability.
- Right to work in the UK (Graduate Visa holders welcome).
- Flexible for UK-wide relocation if required by project.
