Junior Tender Executive
Bupa Place – hybrid working with minimum 2 days in the office
9 month fixed term contract
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
£24k - £26k DOE

As a Junior Tender Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our B2B growth by ensuring we deliver high-quality, compliant tender responses that showcase our value to clients. You’ll work closely with the Tender Team Manager, Junior Tender Executives, and the Account Managers to help co-ordinate key stakeholders from around the business to ensure we understand and respond to client requirements within the agreed timeframes. You’ll be part of a team that thrives on collaboration, precision, and making health happen for businesses across the UK.
How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen
- Lead on completing supplier due diligence questionnaires for new business and renewals.
- Assist with responses to PQQs and tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate requests across multiple stakeholders, building strong internal relationships.
- Proof, edit and format sales and customer documentation to maintain brand consistency.
- Support the maintenance of tender content libraries and develop new templates.
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role
- Admin experience and strong stakeholder management skills are desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to coordinating projects.
- Understanding of bids and tender processes (beneficial but not essential).
