Job Description
We are currently seeking for a Trade Marketing Graduate Trainee to support the UK, Nordics & Netherlands Trade Marketing Team, in London.
Your opportunity
You will be supporting the Trade Marketing Manager and will also be working alongside the Trade Marketing Executive and Junior Trade Marketing Executive.
How you will contribute
- Support the Trade Marketing team in the execution of Trade Marketing plans: from visibility to promo incentive and category management.
- POP materials management: checking availability, regular shipment to stores in line with the assigned budget.
- Prepare sell in materials to help sales force/In Store Specialist team.
- Prepare reports and provide analysis to monitor and support trade marketing projects.
- Be a point of reference for the In Store Specialist team: understand their needs, provide info or documents to help their daily work.
- Support the organization of events and trainings.
- Graphic design: Using design software (InDesign/Photoshop) to set up brand visual croppings for online and in-store usage, using global creative master files and according to global brand guidelines; liaise with print agencies regarding artworking; Ensure that all brand visuals are kept updated as necessary and only used according to brand guidelines and copyright.
Who you are
- Good level of Microsoft Office in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Dutch or Scandinavian language skills will be an advantage
- Graphic design skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive person with "hands-on mentality" and communication skills
- Team player
- Brand-oriented, focused on results, autonomous
- Creative, curious, innovative and with a passion for the fashion and luxury industry
- A reliable and structured team member who can effectively work under pressure of business deadlines
