About The Position
Shift: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
Location: Carlisle - Chatteris - Shrewsbury - Rotherham
Contract: Full-Time and Permanent
The day to day
- Develop strong client relationships, including technical, commercial, and executive, coordinating day to day technical support and guidance on the use of our ALS Solutions portal.
- Support internal colleagues throughout the business to deliver an effective and efficient service level to clients.
- Liaise with clients to ensure they meet the agreed terms and conditions of engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique requirements.
- Extrapolate data to build detailed price proposals for clients.
- Proactively engage in sales negotiations for new contracts with the UK Sales Manager.
- Engage in company initiatives which support our continuous improvement in health, safety, wellbeing, and environment.
The Essentials
- Previous technical or scientific background is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the food is desirable.
- Experience in Client Sales is essential.
- Excellent communications skills, with an ability to persuade, inform and negotiate.
- A proficient level of IT competency.
- Curious and solution focused.
- Determined and tenacious.
- Meticulous and methodical in your approach.
- Willingness and ability to drive and travel to other ALS UK sites.
