About the Role
As a
Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of high-profile clients in film, episodic TV, advertising and media. This is a new business and account development role, balancing renewals, upselling, and identifying fresh opportunities across existing and prospective accounts. You’ll take a proactive, consultative approach to understanding client challenges, shaping tailored solutions, and advancing opportunities to closure.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales and bookings targets.
- Build, strengthen and expand relationships with studios, production/post-production companies, VFX houses and creative agencies.
- Identify opportunities for renewal, upsell and new business across assigned accounts and target prospects.
- Structure and sell profitable solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a strong pipeline through regular prospecting and disciplined CRM usage.
- Conduct a minimum of nine client/prospect meetings per week (Zoom or in-person).
- Attend and network at industry events to develop sustainable business relationships.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve blockers and advocate for clients.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed, consultative advice.
Skills and Experience Required
- 3–5+ years’ experience in SaaS/PaaS, Media Services or Network Solutions, ideally within the Media & Entertainment sector.
- Proven track record in both inside sales and face-to-face selling.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building ability.
- Self-starter with experience in managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) preferred.
- University degree and fluent English required.

Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: £65,000 p.a.
- On-Target Earnings: £130,000 (uncapped commission, 5.5% rate).
- Location: Central London-based role, with client meetings and office attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
