Key Account Manager - Bristol & Gloucester
This position is critical to the UK team, combining two core functions:
As a Key Account Manager you will lead on creating and implementing territory business plans to increase sales of Menarini UK promoted products while building advocacy and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and Healthcare Professionals within the NHS.
As a Regional Access Manager you will focus on implementing the Market Access element of the Brand Strategy for key portfolios like Cardiovascular / Lipid Management and Diabetes / Cardiovascular-Renal Metabolic.
What You'll Work On
● Achieve agreed growth targets and increase market share for the promoted portfolio in the
designated territory (Territory Growth).
● Accountability for the creation, implementation, and ownership of territory business
outcomes (Business Planning & Execution).
● Ensure optimal funding of Menarini's products through negotiation on designated
commercial pricing schemes (Market Access Strategy).
● Maintain all ABPI and company compliance requirements, operating with the highest ethical standards (Compliance).
Your qualifications
● Science graduate/graduate calibre.
● ABPI Qualified.
● PV Trained (Pharmacovigilance).
● At least five years’ pharmaceutical and NHS experience.
● Previous experience working in field Market Access (preferred).
● Experience launching new pharmaceutical products into an HTA or single-payer market.
● Strong communication skills.
● Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare system at all levels (ICS or devolved nation equivalent, Trust, National/Regional).
● Ability to build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and HCPs.
● Confident, quick thinking, responsive, and solution oriented.
● Strong work ethic and high levels of energy resilience, integrity and honesty.
