Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of Women Centre.
This position is funded through a combination of multiple funding streams. As such, working hours and continuation of the role may be subject to change depending on future funding availability.
WomenCentre is looking to recruit a Triage and Systems Worker-
In this role you will provide administrative support to the systems and processes that facilitate all service contracts for our projects which run in Kirklees. You will be supporting with the phones and day to day reception duties. You will triage women into the appropriate service and support with inputting on our data base.
Primary Objectives
- To work closely with the other team members to provide a safe and welcoming environment for women.
- To work closely with the other team members to oversee the use of the Oasis data base.
- To sustain and further develop systems across and within with the projects, supporting staff to enable effective and efficient service delivery.
- To work closely with the other staff members including administrative staff. This will include day to day support of the office-based volunteers and trainees.
The successful candidate will have great IT skills, organisational skills and be able to communicate well with a wide range of people.
