Role Purpose
To assist in the excellent customer service delivery and experience of the Canteen, promoting the food offering, whilst complying with relevant food safety and hygiene standards.
Role Requirements
- Process orders through till correctly
- Restock service and pre-prepared counters with products as required
- Undertake stock checks and rotations as required
- Complete opening and closing procedures of the canteen
- Complete and maintain hygiene standards and processes for service counters and food preparation areas
- Undertake food preparation duties as required
- Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures
- Prepare food to required standards checking for taste, presentation, and quality
- Maintain relevant hygiene and food safety records
- Minimize product wastage
- Any other duties as required by management and within the competency of the post holder
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7am-2:30pm
