The Knowledge & Collaboration (K&C) function at CIL operates to help those in client-facing roles to deliver their work as efficiently as possible, through the use of tools, resources, research and information from previous projects. Put simply, the goal of the function is to ‘make excellence easier’ for those delivering projects to our clients.
This is a unique role, where the successful candidate will work closely with CIL’s Knowledge Manager to run the K&C function and contribute to the initiatives and projects needed to help CIL scale in line with our ambitious targets, whilst maintaining the quality of the projects we deliver to our clients. The K&C function is very much an operations function, but the team benefits from close working relationships with both the other operations functions and the client-facing teams.
