Role Overview 🚀
To support our fast growing, global business we are looking for a L&D Specialist to join the L&D team. Our L&D team do an incredible job supporting out 1200+ employees around the world with their onboarding, learning, growth and development. Their goal is to ensure every single Benifexer reaches their full potential, personally and professionally, by ensuring that we offer the best learning environment that is accessible and inclusive to all.
Reporting into our L&D Manager, you'll own onboarding of new joiners (10-20 per month), work with the business to create and delivering learning, ensure we get the most value out of our LMS (Thrive) and support with any other L&D related tasks.
Responsibilities 🤘
- Delivering engaging learning sessions – both virtually using tools such as Zoom/Teams and face-to-face.
- Own onboarding – making sure our Benifexers have the best experience from day one.
- Designing and delivering learning content that sticks –workshops, e-learning, and blended learning.
- Using our LMS– creating content, uploading content, tracking progress and utilizing the features and tools Thrive has to offer.
- Collaborating with teams to identify training needs and tailor solutions that get the results.
- Measuring the impact of learning and tweaking things to make them even better.
- Championing a culture of continuous learning and development across the business.
- Maintaining learning records, organising training agreements, and handling L&D admin tasks.
What are we looking for? 🔎
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills – a confident and engaging trainer who is able to engage, present, inspire and facilitate in group settings.
- Proven skills in delivering training in both virtual (Zoom/Teams) and in-person settings.
- Experience in designing and delivering employee onboarding
- Experience in creating and delivering blended learning
- Advanced Learning Management Systems (LMS) user – you know how to create, upload and manage learning content, run reports and ensure people are getting the most out of the LMS.
- Creative flair for designing learning content that’s fun and effective.
- A collaborative spirit – you love working with others to make great things happen.
- Organised, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Confident with L&D admin – from managing spreadsheets to scheduling sessions and keeping records tidy.
