L&D Strategic Partnerships Manager

Insight Global are looking for a Global L&D Partnerships Manager to join one of their premium clients in the management consulting space. This is for a contract (PAYE) running until the end of 2025, with long term extensions and fully remote in the UK.

This individual will be supporting the execution and delivery of key initiatives and transformations such as Coupa transformation programmes. This person will be focused on managing vendor relationships, streamlining communication and tools, and enhancing the value of internal and external assessments. You will assist with project management, vendor contract management, and the development of processes to optimize vendor performance and L&D capabilities. This Partnerships Manager will liaise with key internal global stakeholders including procurement to implement best practices for vendor evaluations, negotiations, and benchmarking. You will be focusing on documentation and creating reports, including extracting, using, and presenting on key data to provide insight into the impact of the key initiatives. You will also be expected to run status update meetings for the initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience within Learning and Development (or similar areas), supporting and overseeing transformation projects
• Experience with vendor management
• Experience with contract reviews
• Strong global stakeholder management experience
• Hands on experience with Coupa for onboarding suppliers and contract management
• Experience in Excel, PowerPoint creation, and reviewing Tableau
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with AI and automation tools to streamline processes.
