Job Description
Construction Labourer - Luton (Long-Term Role)
We are currently working with a national house builder who is looking to recruit a reliable Construction Labourer for their residential development in Luton.
This is a long-term opportunity, ideal for a hardworking and committed individual. The role involves working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work available.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting tradespeople on site during the build of new homes
Keeping plots and communal site areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free to maintain a safe working environment
Manual handling and movement of materials
Supporting the site management team with general tasks as required
Completing tasks promptly and safely in line with health and safety standards
Site Details: Residential development by a respected national house builder
Within walking distance of local shops and amenities
Well-connected via public transport
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role on a residential construction site is desirable
A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
