Lawyer - Corporate / Charities - 0+ PQE - Southampton

We have an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to join our Corporate team, with a specific focus on charities work. You will be working closely with Partners from both the Corporate and Charities teams, where you'll be responsible for advising clients on the law surrounding corporate, commercial & charity law issues applying to both incorporated and unincorporated structures.

Your responsibilities in this role will be:

• Manage a caseload, providing sound advice based on well-rounded analysis.
• Draft client documentation
• Respond to enquiries
• Undertake some of your own business development / marketing

You will need:

• Exposure to Corporate or Trusts
• Experience with Charities or NGOs (professional or personal experience)
• Qualifications as either a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Drive to progress your career
