The focus of this role is ‘Missional DNA’: inspiring, supporting, enabling and training missionary disciples so that our churches may be increasingly outward looking, invitational, actively hospitable and engaged with their wider communities. • The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
• A passion for mission, evangelism and church growth
• A proven ability to encourage and enable the gifts and skills of others
• Experience of designing and delivering training courses
• Wide ranging experience of church leadership in a lay or ordained capacity
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• An entrepreneurial and collaborative approach
• Be lay or ordained with experience of ministry in the Church of England

• Salary: £45,000 to £48,000 per annum depending on experience (1.00 FTE)
• Hours: 36.25 hours per week (Full time)
• Location: The normal place of work will be the diocesan offices in Exeter with the possibility of some homeworking.
