We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Lead Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our dedicated theatre team. In this key leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Theatre Manager, providing expert clinical oversight, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care in anaesthetics are maintained at all times. You’ll lead a skilled team, drive innovation, and help shape the way we deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.

This is a role where your advanced clinical expertise will be matched by your ability to inspire, develop and support colleagues, all while working in a friendly and professional environment where teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week over 4 days. Shifts are 7am until 5pm and some occasional weekend working may be required.
