Description

Here at Harvey Nash, our client is recruiting a Lead Analytics Developer / Visualization Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis in Scotland.

The successful candidate will own the design and development of complex dashboards and features to support network and security products, while leading a small team to assist with delivery. This role will involve conceptualizing new dashboards, identifying data sources, developing complex queries to extract and manipulate data, and creating innovative visualization approaches.

Essential Criteria

Proven experience in data analysis and dashboard development using Grafana.
Experience leading small teams within an agile environment.
Working knowledge of Linux and AWS.

Desirable Criteria

Knowledge of internet network protocols and their operation.
Experience with Splunk, including Splunk Query Language (SPL).
Ability to manipulate data using SQL or similar technologies.

Experience with network security products and solutions.

Front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Background in Data Science or Machine Learning.

Ideally the role will be a hybrid working environment with 2 days per week onsite.
