Central London (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office) | £90 p/h Umbrella | 6-Month Contract

A leading global professional services and HR consulting firm is seeking a Lead Associate to join its Communication & Engagement Solutions practice. You’ll design and deliver communication and change strategies that improve employee experience and drive engagement across pensions, benefits, wellbeing, culture, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging communications across digital and print.
• Partner with senior colleagues to deliver change and engagement strategies.
• Manage projects, liaising with clients, colleagues, and agencies.
• Present deliverables and contribute to new tools and approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in internal communications and change management.
• Pension and member engagement expertise (essential).
• Strong writing, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
• Consulting background a plus.
