Role: Lead Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex client scenarios and the functional landscape to identify challenges and assess their business impact.
- Lead business workshops to define project scope and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop requirements and create functional specifications for IT solutions, incorporating AI and Gen AI interventions where applicable.
- Document current ("AS-IS") and future ("TO-BE") business processes and identify key enablers for transformation.
- Design business use cases, lead functional architecture, re-engineer process models, and integrate disparate services for seamless end-to-end solution delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, manage the product backlog, and prioritize deliverables.
- Write user stories and define acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology solution team, managing the entire project lifecycle from definition through to deployment.
Sales Pursuits, Thought Leadership, and Unit Initiatives
- Contribute to sales pursuits and market development initiatives in collaboration with sales and account teams.
- Provide thought leadership on industry solutions, partnerships, and publications to drive innovation and market growth.
- Actively participate in organizational and unit-level initiatives, contributing to strategic growth and process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Relevant experience in the Aerospace sector, specifically in technical publications, supply chain, shop floor operations, quality management, or service/repairs. Experience in roles such as Domain/Business Consultant, Business Analyst, Product Owner/Proxy Product Owner, or industry practitioner.
- Experience in Technical Publications (TechPub).
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and effective communication.
- Experience with design thinking, agile methodologies, and tools such as customer personas, customer journeys, and story maps.
- Familiarity with risk assessment, incident investigation, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of industry frameworks such as APQC and SCOR.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
