Are you an experienced Delivery Manager ready to lead national digital transformation in health and care?
Join us at Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) as a Lead Delivery Manager - where you’ll oversee the delivery of high-impact digital products and services supporting preventative, community, and mental health care across Wales.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the delivery of complex, high-risk digital services and products
Coaching multidisciplinary teams in Agile and Lean practices
Removing blockers, optimising delivery flow, and driving continuous improvement
Working with senior stakeholders to align digital delivery with strategic objectives
Managing budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships
Championing user-centred design and service standards
Playing an active role in our Agile community of practice
What You Bring
✅ Strong background in Agile/Lean delivery in complex environments
✅ Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across the digital product lifecycle
✅ Expertise in Agile coaching, facilitation, and iterative delivery
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure
✅ Budget, procurement, and third-party management experience
Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification
Evidence of ongoing professional development
