The Role

As Lead Electrical Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of wind farm electrical systems across the UK. You’ll provide hands-on technical guidance, support asset managers, and lead projects that directly improve availability and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted technical authority across operations, procurement, and safety teams.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on key electrical infrastructure.
• Keep sites grid-compliant, tackling audits and technical challenges head-on.
• Manage suppliers, procurement, and critical spare parts to keep operations running smoothly.
• Lead and develop the internal HV team, setting standards and driving performance.
• Deliver projects that reduce downtime and boost site performance.
