Right now, we're looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to supervise maintenance and Fault Analysis of Mechanical Building Operations

Right now, we're looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to supervise maintenance and Fault Analysis of Mechanical Building Operations
What you'll do:
- Review health & status of critical building systems / report on site resilience
- Issue and manage planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with contract requirements
- Complete planned & reactive maintenance tasks in line with contract requirements
- Additional requests and project tasks
- Deliver cost savings through identification & implementation of process efficiencies
- Sub contractor management including review of works delivered
- Management of team and individual H & S as per Skanska
- processes
- Attend site in a timely manner as participant in the site Call out rota
- Minimum of Mechanical/Electrical City & Guilds level 2, NVQ level 3
- Experience working in an FM/Building services environment
- Experience of BMS and critical building systems
- IOSH managing safely / NEBOSH
- Experience of managing / leading engineers & Sub contractors
