We are looking for a Project Finance Manager to lead financial management for large, complex projects. This role ensures accurate accounting, compliance, and financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
You’ll play a key role in driving financial success for complex, high-value projects, working closely with senior leaders in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As a Lead Finance Specialist – Project Control, you will be responsible for:
- Project Financial Management: Oversee end-to-end accounting for large, customized projects, including cost tracking, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Revenue Recognition: Apply ASC 606 / IFRS 15 for long-term contracts, milestone billing, and percentage-of-completion methods.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with project and commercial teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Reporting: Deliver timely financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- ERP & Systems: Manage project accounting modules in ERP systems (Oracle, Anaplan, CFIN).

Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business in technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls. This is including process simplification and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

You will support various tax jurisdictions for Europe Region to manage the calculation, filing, payment and reconciliation. Covering international Taxes at Global Finance Organization.
As a GTC Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Reporting to Tax Lead, working with the other Tax Analysts within the regional groups for the Europe region.
- Reviewing and control all the Tax calculations from our various ERPs.
- Completing the periodic filing of tax returns and other statistical reporting such as EC sales listing, intrastat and payment of all Taxes (VAT, Withholding Taxes etc).
- Reconciling all balance sheet tax accounts monthly and any other duties as required.
- Resolving or escalating any queries or issues received and support all Tax and statutory audits.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have education background in Accounting, Finance, Audit or related field. Professional qualification ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA or equivalent is an advantage
- Have minimum 2 years Indirect Tax/ other taxes experience for any tax jurisdiction.
- Possess good analytical skills with proactive mind-set, with the ability to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the team.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, with good spoken and written English.
- Be results oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to work solo and remotely.
