Lead Infrastructure Engineer – London (Hybrid)

We're reimagining core infrastructure capabilities from the ground up – scalable, secure, cloud-first, and automation-driven. As a senior engineer, you’ll help set technical direction, lead implementation, and collaborate with world-class teams across product, security, and engineering.
🛠️ Tech Stack:
- Cloud: Azure & AWS (multi-cloud strategies in play)
- Infra as Code: Terraform (heavily used), Puppet
- OS: Windows-first environment, with some Linux estate
- Other Tools: CI/CD pipelines, scripting (PowerShell, Bash), monitoring, identity management, and more
🌍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and building infrastructure platforms with a strong focus on automation, resilience, and security
- Leading technical delivery and mentoring other engineers
- Working closely with cloud architects, DevOps, and application teams to ensure infrastructure enables fast, safe product development
- Driving improvements in infrastructure observability, CI/CD, and configuration management
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Deep expertise in enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure, with a working knowledge of Linux
- Experience with Terraform and Puppet in production environments
- Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS infrastructure services
- Passion for automation, infrastructure as code, and modern platform engineering
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and lead by example
