Mechanical Lead - Hyperscale Data Centre - Slough
📍 Slough | 💰 £75,000 - £100,000 + travel allowance + bonus + benefits
Take charge of mechanical delivery on a flagship hyperscale data centre project. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in high-performance environments and wants to make a real impact on one of the most complex builds in the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all mechanical systems onsite – from installation to commissioning - ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
- Coordinate contractors and manage resources, tracking progress against programme targets.
- Lead inspections, support commissioning plans, and drive collaborative problem-solving with the wider project team.
What You’ll Need
- Degree or trade background in Mechanical/Building Services
- Experience in site-based MEP delivery
- Experience on hyperscale data centre builds (preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills
