The Role: Senior PMO Analyst (Grade 7)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Hybrid role: 2-3 days on site in London
Rate: £650

This is a key opportunity to shape and manage a complex global portfolio of capital infrastructure projects. You’ll be working at the heart of a strategic team, supporting major projects across a diverse and challenging estate portfolio. The role involves planning, analysing, reporting and optimising delivery across a wide range of capital programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the portfolio plan, incorporating project milestones and financial data
- Conduct scenario planning and impact analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Track portfolio delivery, risks, issues and dependencies
- Lead on insightful reporting to senior leadership and governance boards
- Maintain and improve tools, dashboards, KPIs and planning systems
- Enable change management and assess impacts to optimise delivery outcomes
About You:
You’re someone who:
- Is highly analytical and detail-oriented with expert Excel skills
- Has experience managing portfolio or programme plans in a complex environment
- Understands project lifecycles and can spot trends, risks and opportunities
- Is confident producing high-quality insights and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Enjoys working collaboratively, but thrives independently
- Has a background in PMO, business analysis or strategic planning at programme/portfolio level
