This isn’t your average project management role. You’ll be at the very heart of our IT and business transformation, leading a talented team of Project Managers and delivering meaningful change that directly helps our customers. You will be the vital link between our strategic goals and technical delivery, ensuring we build fantastic solutions and create great outcomes for pets and their owners.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a brilliant team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
• Driving key projects from IT systems transformation to new product delivery, ensuring they land on time and deliver real value.
• Championing Agile practices and working closely with senior leaders, technical teams, and external partners to turn vision into reality.
• Making a tangible impact on projects that matter, from enhancing our core insurance platforms to rolling out new digital tools for our customers.

Who we’re looking for:

You’re a natural leader who is calm under pressure and loves finding solutions. You excel at building relationships and can communicate complex ideas clearly, whether you’re talking to a developer or a board member. With a strong background in Agile and a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects, you know how to bring people together to achieve incredible results.
